As long as your city is less than miles from the headquarters, you can get your rental bike delivered.
No need to be present at the delivery location, either. Simply sign the rental agreement and pay the rental fee online, and have someone at the delivery address to sign for you upon delivery.
Delivery Service Hours
If you're staying at a hotel, the bike will be delivered to the front desk. When you check out, simply leave the bike with the front desk, and will collect it. Please note that delivery service is only available to your residence, place of work, or hotel where you are a registered guest.

Fantastic rental experience. Amazing quality bikes (in fact much better than my bike at home). Get service with the bikes tuned up before the rental and sized based on measurements sent in. The prices can't be beat either, easily half the price of anywhere in the area with comparable bikes.
