Get your rental bike delivered anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area
As long as your city is less than miles from the headquarters, you can get your rental bike delivered.
No need to be present at the delivery location, either. Simply sign the rental agreement and pay the rental fee online, and have someone at the delivery address to sign for you upon delivery.
Delivery Service Hours
If you're staying at a hotel, the bike will be delivered to the front desk. When you check out, simply leave the bike with the front desk, and will collect it. Please note that delivery service is only available to your residence, place of work, or hotel where you are a registered guest.

Delivery prices are based on the distance from 's address to the destination city. The closer to , the less expensive the delivery.

Simply awesome - I was in town with a supremely busy schedule, but needed to get some serious mileage in over the weekend in preparation for an event in a few weeks. Undiscovered is the only place that I found that A. has high quality road bikes B. allows you to customize the components to minimize your hassle (I didn't even need to bring my pedals from home?! amazing) C. DELIVERS the bike to you.
The bike was in pristine condition, came with the necessities in case I flatted, and was fully tuned. I had a great 60 mile ride around the peninsula with zero issues.
The shop is very nice as well (I returned my bike at the end of my ride instead of having them pick up) and has cafe seating to rest and tools to make adjustments if you're passing by on Foothill expressway. The owners were super friendly and interested in anything they could do to make the experience better - pretty sure there wasn't anything more they could do because it was just fabulous. I'll be back next time I'm in town.
