Works beautifully from anywhere
I am not a US resident. I booked and arranged UDC bike rental from the UK for delivery to my hotel. I was arriving late on Saturday (after they closed) and cycling on Sunday. None of this was a problem. All worked seamlessly. Bike was there when I arrived, perfectly set up. It was collected after I checked out, no fuss. During my ride I lost the lock... There was no drama, and no 'service charge' for replacing. Just cost price for a new lock with an easy online invoice that I dealt with when I got back to the UK. Truly great service.
