Absolutely seamless! I rented a road bike for 2 days while I was staying in the Palo Alto area for work - money well spent!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff - easy to get in touch with, accommodated my last minute request, and provided plenty of local route options. The equipment was flawless - my bike appeared brand new and worked flawlessly. The online search tool was a treat for an avid (picky) cyclist like myself. Rental process/pickup/dropoff was extremely efficient, and prices were much lower than their competitors.. what else could you ask for?!
I'd go out of my way to go back next time I'm near the area! Thanks again!
