Exceptional bike rental company!

I had multiple very positive experiences, renting top quality ultegra-carbon frame with UDC as one individual throughout 2015.

Then, as I organized in January 2016 a bike tour for my company, I selected UDC Bike Rental / Black Sheep Adventures as the company supporting us for our 50+ miles / 25 people ride.

I knew it was going to be very good. But they actually exceeded my expectations.

Not only the bikes were top quality and were all in great conditions, the quality of the service was EXCEPTIONAL: A couple of SAG vans, a couple of riders riding with us, always accessible, friendly and professional, food and drinks were provided even though it was part supposed to be part of the deal. 3 of us had a fat tire. They solved the problem in less than a second.

AN EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL OF SERVICE.

I doubt there is any other company providing that level of service for the amount of money we paid. Simply exceptional, I really mean it.

If you want to ride a bike on your own, or if you want to organize a bike tour with friends or colleagues in the San Francisco Bay Area: There is no other place to go!

It is a no-brainer!!!
